I just took another look at the statistics I was citing -- let's see, poor, black or Latino, uneducated, unemployed, high concentration of poverty in an urban setting -- we aren't told anything more than the obvious -- people who live in "the ghetto" are statistically more likely to commit violent crime.

As I understand it, there are no ghettos in Idaho.
