WaveRider Launches Two New Last Mile Solution Wireless Products.

LMS3100 NLOS with Indoor plug & play antenna.

WaveRider's LMS3100 is a proprietary non-line-of-sight wireless product that delivers high-speed access (up to one megabit per second) to residential and SOHO or small business subscribers. It includes a small end-user modem and indoor antenna that can be installed by the consumer, eliminating the high installation costs associated with traditional wired services or existing wireless or satellite broadband services. The LMS3100 can service up to 300 subscribers and can be easily expanded to incorporate additional LMS3100 units or upgraded to WaveRider's LMS3000 network-managed non-line-of-sight system, which can accommodate thousands of users.

The LMS2100

Delivers throughput of 8 Mbps per channel, or 24 Mbps per system, in the license-exempt 2.4 GHz spectrum. Each system supports up to 90 commercial subscribers within a range of up to 10 miles. The LMS2100 was developed in response to demand by existing WaveRider customers for a wireless network that can serve a small market and can be expanded and enhanced to serve a larger market and offer a wider range of service options.
