Week 10 of my plan. Lost 4 more pounds in the last 3 weeks.

I have now lost 15 lbs in 10 weeks from 194 to 179, its slowing down a little but I'm in no hurry. Slow and steady wins the race, with an emphasis on lifestyle and diet changes so I can keep the weight off.

Walking is now up to 55 minutes per day 6 days per week. Past aches and pains in lower back and knees just keep getting better and better.

Calorie intake has consistently been 1300-1600 calories per day of mostly lean meat,eggs,veggies,olive oil,nuts,bread and 2% milk. With the walking this seems to be putting me at a calorie defecit of 500 to 750 calories per day ...or 1 to 1 1/2 lbs of weight loss per week.

15 more pounds to lose to get to what I consider ideal weight at 164.
