(AMD, news, msgs) Chairman and Chief Executive W.J. Sanders registered to sell 510,000 shares of the company's common stock, according to a Form 144 released Tuesday by the Securities and Exchange Commission. A Form 144 indicates an intention to sell restricted stock and opens the door for an individual to sell the shares, but does not indicate when or if the actual sale of the shares will occur or has occurred. The filing indicates Sanders intended to sell the shares on April 18 on the New York Stock Exchange. Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette was listed as the broker for the transaction. Advanced Micro Devices makes mid-priced integrated circuits.
