The weakness in RATL is making PASW an even better buy. The merger looks increasingly like one that will strengthen the resulting RATL and improve efficiencies in the Pure Atria segment. Having the chance to make a bundle just on the conversion value of the shares not to mention the potential with a rebound in RATL makes PASW a very attractive buy here. Baird
