Status of AETTQ's bankruptcy filing According to the American Bankruptcy Institute, the status of AETTQ's bankruupty filing is as follows: Exclusivity is set to expire 2/17/98, however, Alliance s seeking an extension to 4/30/98. The company said the extension is needed to complete negotiations with an equity investor or, alternatively, negotiate a stand-alone reorganization plan structure. A hearing on the request is set for 2/11/98. IMHO, the company has an excellent chance of emerging from bankruptcy, any short-term reaction due to the delay is a buying opportuniy. pcyh
