Rob,

I searched through Etrade and found that as of June '98, eight insiders owned 2,518,000 shares which was 29.39%. They could sell enough shares to put a new BMW in the garage and still have better than 15% ownership.
I don't know if this means any thing but I prefer a good insider percentage.
