Just a cautionary note on QKTN (for those who are trading this rebound).

John,

Your note of May 5, was on the mark! QKTN, after a nice rebound from $7 is meeting resistance at $13. IMO its come to far to fast, and a retest is a good possibility here. I don't have a lot to go on here (one rarely does in the business) but I would like to point out three items of interest to those who may read this post..

#1 Short interest for the period April 15 through May 15. Increased 590% from 29,214 to 201,626 shares. During this same period, the price of QKTN shares increased from around $7 in April to a peak of $12 5/8 on May 12

#2 May 30th on Nightly Business Report Dan Seiver of the P.A.D. Report recommended APMC & QKTN as turnarounds. BUT, he also noted that QKTN would have one more bad quarter.

#3 Until the recent IBM announcement, new contract announcements have been sorely absent since January.

From a technical standpoint since May 12th volume has been declining & MACD is weakening.
IMHO, For those who are oriented toward the shorter term a more neutral stance is worth considering at least until July 1.
