Hi Dan, I don't know if I would say it is a done deal yet. Remember we still have to vote on it and I haven't gotten anything in the mail yet. Nothing from either company yet. From the stand point of is it going to be a done deal I will have to agree with you on that point unless something really unexpected happens to change that. Fingures crossed. I think that we can all look for a very nice belated Christmas gift around June. I beleive it is going to be a very exciting 97 for us all. Ron
