and then there's AMEX:IWN - SmallCap Value ETF, which is holding up pretty good in a choppy market.
...and then there's REAL ESTATE: MadameGonzo is tying to talk me into selling San Francisco and buying (cheaper than SFO by 1/2) further up the Pacific NorthWest, travelling (guess where she wants to go?) during the rainy months.
