Ken,

The key with the Bid/Ask is that on these thinner traded stocks(which we all love) I will be willing to pay the ask if they will fill my all or none request. So I will set the limit at the ask and see how many shares are available. Right now I have more confidence in the FRT numbers than Scottrade.
