I tend to agree with bg6638a. Interest rates will not be going up much, if at all, over the next year.

If one digs a little deeper into the jobs figures, the picture becomes decidedly less rosy.

Will consider any Preferred/ETD sell off as a buying ( or swapping ) opportunity.
