That was funny. Made me laugh out loud. I could hear that accent so well in your spelling.

For some reason it made me think of that Stephen King movie---Pet Cemetary, I think. There was this old guy who seemed sinister and dumb or just a genius and secretive--but in either case he was just extremely laconic and had THAT accent if memory serves...
