Mr McDonagh, as Manager of Derivatives Marketing at the Toronto Stock Exchange, would you like to make a statement or express an opinion on the legal threats by upper TSE management against Porter Davis and Silicon Investor for Porter's exercise of his right to free speech in our supposedly free and enlightened society?

As well, if you or someone else would be so kind as to inform us of the chain of command at the TSE, the order of who reports to whom, and specifically by whose authority does Mr Roland Fleming continue in his employment at the exchange, I'm sure most of us who trade there regularly but until this time have not had occasion for this inquiry would appreciate it.
