Gary: I agree with MDIN becoming a Reporting Company A.S.A.P. that

post allmost makes me feel that it may be not a wish but comming very
soon. Any word from the top. It would seem IMO, that the early ones to
file and get there info in would go very fast with the process. It would
be good for NASDAQ to have some on the street that have passed into a
reporting company issue. First in many issues like this can be very
quick and painless v/s the company's that drag there feet.
