If there is a huge short position (and I certainly hope there is) that has devastated this company and shareholder value by driving the price down to ridiculously low levels (eg. 7 cents) thereby causing many more shares to be issued than would otherwise be necessary why has the company waited soooooo long to change the cusip???? If this cusip change was public knowledge on thursday and there is no workaround there certainly wasn't much (any) reaction by shorty on thursday. You would think some would try to cover before all hell breaks loose...wonder what will happen on Monday?
