I want Xinhua to stop the mealy-mouth, trickle of just-enough-to-be-unassailable rhetoric. (So nice, by the way, how the more impactful news has been appearing in the Chinese-language dailies. You know, the ones we can't read? Very clever.) AND, they've had enough time to pow-wow in Beijing. And, THEY know who THEY are! I'm going to have to write a letter. I don't think they get it! This mess -- the estrangement, the unemployment and SOE's, UNREGISTERED FOREIGN DEBT -- all has to at least have the appearance of being tidied-up a bit by March.
