Dave, How could you conclude that a holding company/shell would be detrimental to shareholders without knowing any of the details first? By the way MDIN has been adamant from day one that there would be no reverse split. I just received assurances again that along with the name change there will not be a reverse. So Dave, how do you propose shareholder value be maximized with limited funds and many properties which need to be proven up for us to obtain fair market value? This seems to be a prudent avenue to explore.
