The ROI's for the junior oil sand players like CLL are still very good with $100 crude and are even better with low NG prices.

CLL trading back on the lower range its 3 year channel. You can pick up AOS for close to nothing considering they have 20 million in cash.

NPE has held in there well but they need $300 million to develop their 1st CSS pod.

But then again, CNQ is has spent the money and is bringing on significant new production w/Horizon and its been dumped hard too.
