Pierre, Oh well, I've made my point as best I can - don't mean to keep harping. It's just that the significance of this fundamental difference has only gradually become apparent to me. As they say in the Dodge commercials - "this changes everything" - and in this case it does. That was MY WHOLE POINT a few days ago! You're preaching to the choir here! Batteries/Fuel/Power is an issue, but besides that, there ain't much more infrastructure needed You're right, this changes everything! Sure there are other little issues, but conceptually, a Government Body/Agency can provide phone services to their citizens in need quickly and cheaply. Onward! MileHigh PS- See my post on who should be going after these opportunities. The answer is the SP and G* marketing, it should be a joint sales call, I do them all the time....
