I don't know what you have in mind, but, if social media doesn't regulate itself, the government will step in.
Right now social media companies can censor anything they want, not just sexually explicit content. That's why social media can get away with clear left-wing bias when it comes to censorship.

If the government steps in, social media will no longer be able to get away with their political biases.
