Just knew I'd have a busy weekend that's all.

The trick with LSI is to not lace the company with short term expectations of grandeur! They run the company with a much longer term focus. It remains to be seen just how successful this will be but I like them quite a bit and am sticking with them. Gotta be patient!

And again Wilf Corrigan would not have put 3 times his base salary (I think that's right) and purchase 100,000 shares at $23 if he thought this company was in trouble. As to the naysayers remember that we have not seen insider selling and this insider buying is the first significant purchase since 2/95 when 6,000 shares were bought. Also this was just the 2nd time (since at least 1992 or thereabouts maybe even much earlier - I don't have records past 1992) that over 100,000 shares were bought. Insider buying is the best long term indicator. Consider us perhaps lucky that we are still at or close to Corrigan's $23/share purchase price!

As long as the underlying business fundamentals are getting better and every indication is that they are we'll do fine. (This is not like holding say LSI in July of last year when business was deteriorating. Eventually deteriorating conditions bring down the price and likewise eventually improving conditions push up the stock price.)

There just is quite a bit of uncertainty in the semi-area and that may make the short term guys a bit nervous to jump in.
