Geoff, Well if it helps any, I've pretty much come to the same conclusion, given what little information we currently have. I subscribe to the more positive theory, We'll call Theory 1 "wishfull thinking". Dave seems to be supporting the more negative Theory 2: 'the shell game", guess under which shell I've placed my assets? Any others? Vince
