Re: Old Folk Portfolio ... New Positions and Add On Buys

I'm looking to increase the organic dividend growth in this portfolio to go along with its high yield. With this in mind I started new positions today in FAST and UNP at $10K each. I normally prefer to start positions with $20K in this portfolio but I'm uncertain about the current condition of the market so I cut that in half and plan to add to these two next month.

Today I added to the following companies to help bring them up in size. All of them are selling at a discount to fair value.

CVS .. FDX .. CMI .. ELV.

This brings these companies up in value to:

CVS ... $27,533
FDX ... $20,760
CMI ... $20,520
ELV ... $21,759

These companies recently originated with a $10K purchase and I have been adding to them with the goal of eventually bringing them up to $60K in size.
