Assuming GlobalOne remains intact, any purchase by DT would be positive for NN. One article indicated acquiring TI would give DT more buying power, thus making other acquisitions possible. The US market is critical for anyone wanting to be a global player and I doubt DT would do anything to damage G1 --- their key to the market.

I just don't see the DT-TI deal going through. A novice opinion, to be sure, but the obstacles seem enormous.
