If WTIC goes to 80, COS/u.to will be well under 38 (it's only 2 points down from here anyway).

There is a time component in all of this. If there's a spike down and a pop back, I wouldn't expect them to cut the divvie. If it drops and bounces between 80-90 for the next 3 or 4 months, they might, depending on where natural gas is. Don't know about where you are, but I'm seeing demand reconstruction in spades here with unleaded at < 3.50.

Time will tell. They'll be producing another 30 years plus, I have time to wait.
