What an examination of the mega-projects slated to come online over the next few years means is that oil prices may well subside significantly in 2005 into the $20 range. We really don't know. What we do know is that by 2007 there will be only a handful of new mega-projects coming online and in 2008 there won't be any, since not a single mega-project was discovered in 2003 and every project takes roughly 5 years to be brought online.
