I noticed that 350,000 share block also. Even without it, there was high volume yesterday, and a lot of it was in the 34-35 range, before the stock dropped late. I don't like to speculate too much on who's selling/buying and what it means... maybe the market makers have reason to think it's bullish, and whacked the price at the end to make things look bad (down on huge volume) so they could accumulate in the low 30's... oops there I go speculating. I think your explanation (rumors of INTC selling) is more likely. Who knows... Maybe INTC was buying more. Anyone have an estimate of the value of the new Intel fabs announced yesterday (one at least is old news, I think) to PRIA? Howard
