Pat, Go to EDGAR. On this site there is an eform for complaints. Yop can fill it in and send it via email. The SEC will respond to this email by phone or letter. This is a real valuable government service to the small investor. Sorry about your loss. Unfortunately, there are unscrupulous people surfing the net as well as in what appear to be respectable firms. In today's WSJ there is an article on an investigation by the SEC re: Nasdaq. Go to the electronic edition of the WSJ and sign up. It is a free service for the present. Until then, add to your store of wisdom and prosperity. Margaret Foley
