FaultLine >> Should one consider buying a few cheap upscale calls to catch a runaway price
Tony Strickland >> That's what I'll be doing Mon, that is buying some short term options on QCOM.
JGoren >> qcom could run up if Q3 guidance strong; you are correct to be concerned.

We have 2 possibilities here:

1. Someone infected the thread with the Greed Bug Virus
2. It's impossible to be in the Casino without being tempted into playing the high risk side of the table.

Due to our allocations, most of us stand to prosper hugely if qcom should post a good report and strong forward guidance, and suffer greatly if they don't. Buoyed as our spirits are by last week's fed induced run, the market is still far from decided as to which direction it will move short term, and the wireless sector isn't in favor for reasons with which we are all too familiar. I suggest we reflect on recent history:

finance.yahoo.com,^ixic&a=v&p=s&t=3m&l=on&z=l&q=l

We really don't need to live up to the thread's title.
