I.R.B. Approval Received for Studies on Cluster and Migraine Headaches Utilizing Jacobson Resonance Technology

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BW HealthWire)--June 25, 1998--Pioneer Services International Ltd. (OTC BB:PSVC) has received notification of Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval from The America Charitable Fund in conjunction with the National Medical and Research Institute (NMRI) for a clinical study in the treatment and amelioration of cluster and migraine headaches.

"We believe that Jacobson Resonance technology emitting low frequency Picotesla range fields can be successful in the treatment of debilitating cluster and migraine headaches," detailed Daniel Schuman, MD, medical director of The America Charitable Fund.

According to Dr. Jerry Jacobson, chairman of Pioneer Services, "Preliminary case controlled studies have shown that Jacobson Resonance decreases the frequency as well as pain levels associated with headaches."

The clinical study will commence as quickly as possible pending enrollment of test volunteers and will be conducted under the guidance of the chief medical researcher for the NMRI, Roger Gorman, MD.

Pioneer Services International Ltd. is positioning itself to be an innovator and a leader in the field of bio-medical and bioelectromagnetic technology. For further information contact Dr. Frank A. Chaviano at 561/477-8020.
