Brett, the out of control drunk who refuses to answer questions and insults women, isn't on trial yet. So innocent till proven guilty doesn't apply. He's undergoing a job interview. Why don't you try insulting your interviewer when you're seeking a job and he asks a question you can't answer? After all, you're innocent till proven guilty.
