When you sign up for anything on the net, eg free-stock-quotes there is usually a check box that says " hey ya want qualified spam- check here" so ya check it off as you don't mind specific e-mails relating to what you are interested in. That makes the "opt-in" list worth 10 x more $ than a regular spam list, cause they've found you're more likely to buy from authorized spam mails. WIZZF has an opt-in division simmilar to YESM with millions on their lists. They then break the lists down to specific interests eg golf lists etc.
