reminds me of early 80's when our company was holding over 250 houses because of employee relocations and at least eighty of us lost some big time money. condos on east coast i believe fell fastest.. people just walked away from them. West coast interest rates were 18%. no buyers. Rates are low now but if many have variable rates it could end up bad for them.
