Yes, I've seen many of these recently, especially on the volatile days. I've seen them on near-the-money as well.
But once I take them, they usually quickly adjust their quotes :-)

I find the CBOE to be the worse... they are slow to respond and have even ignored me when I hit their quotes (could be a quote problem on my side, but this has happened a number of times to me on CBOE--and not in a fast mkt).
