Paul, you said that AndroVir is a processed product. I am a bit confused on the rule that allows products like this to go on market without FDA approval. What constitutes a "natural" product that doesn't need FDA approval and what is a "processed" product that does require aproval? You might not know the distinctions between these two but I bet someone here does. Maybe Rick C. ?

You also said AndroVir was registered. Who is it registered with?

Of course, even if it had a patent, the Chinese government could still counterfeit it if they wanted to. But why should they since they can legitimately share in Paracelsian's profits if they own stock in the company? If the Chinese government did counterfeit AndroVir there would be little PRLN could do about it. They can't bring the Chinese government to court and have them all thrown in jail. However, the Chinese would have a very strong incentive not to do this since it might a) further harm U.S. - Sino relations and b) scare off every business around the world from even thinking of doing business with the Chinese. I doubt the Chinese are that eager to ruin their reputation in the business world.
