Some interesting number you may all want to scrutinize it.

--------------------------------- 1/97 ------ 9/96 --------- 12/95
======================================================================

Average AOL member daily usage 32 min 14 min. 13 min.

Total hours per month 125 million 45 mil. 30 mil.

peak simutaneous usage 260,000 140,000 88,000

On 6/96, AOL has cash on hand 118.4 million. AOL just announced
another $100 million expansion plan, boost total spending $350
million through June, 1997. Did they count new customer's $19.95 a
piece on this budget plan? Whatever it is, it sounds like a major
gamble to me.
