Someone made a Bre-X analogy to Novell - that works. Question, who's getting the gold, so far all I've gotten is the shaft?

Jim Olsen - Like I showed you. Ricart said, Novl get's 2 board seats and 20% equity position in Novonyx. Big deal, can you explain the equity, as in fairness, to me.
You said I'm wrong - then what are the terms? A secret? Now why would that be? Just a shareholder asking about his money and how it's being spent (and how he will be rewarded). That is what it's all about isn't it?
