Thank you Scott - appreciate the explanation and I think I understand
(and agree fwiw). The synergy that Novonyx is the beneficiary of is apparent.

However, with all due respect, I still have yet to hear specifically how Novl shareholders will benefit - the very same shareholders that have footed the bill for the developed technology that Novl is sharing.

If Dr. Schmidt is the person to address this issue then I think he
should - someone should. Look back at the market reaction to the Novonyx news. Novl's price was rising and stopped dead in it's tracks at this announcement. Why? Because people don't believe (know) it will benefit Novl.

No one doubts people will make money on this deal, but who? I refer you also to the Ricart statement - is it 2 seats and 20% or not? (please answer this question, the records stuck).
