I would say it was a case of poor management and lack of COC results previously. From my due diligence it appears there is an extensive body of testing (by Sierra Labs and others) which has been done over the past ten years on FL most of which is now being borne out. I'll grant you it hasn't been done right until recently, especially in light of BRE-X.. I've certainly been in the stock longer than I care to be, however, I hardly feel now is the time to be pessimistic when I see things moving as they should. JLA.
