Hi Joe - No, I have not talked with Novell's Investor Relations; made a call to them once, but only reached their voice mail. My interest at the time was regarding the report date of quarterly earnings. Since my shares are not directly registered with Novell and are held by Schwab in my account, I receive my Proxy from Schwab. There are probably several variations of how this is handled and perhaps the person responding to your inquiry was either not knowledgeable or incomplete in her answer. The default vote should be against all of the above. A positive vote should be required to elect any member of the Board, in my opinion. Regards, Elmo
