I keep in touch with the old feeling by drinking two of the super large Starbucks Bucket-'o-Caffeine every morning by 8. I refuse to use those &*#%@ froggy names they give the stuff. I keep the buzz going with liberal doses of espresso the rest of the day. Leads to some interesting discussions with members of the medical community.
