Ahhhh. OK Michael. Now "that" I can buy. Yes, I do get them from
independent firms, and I'm sure you're correct. That is, I'll get the
balance of the proxy materials. But, why would she say to me "you
need to request them specifically"? If all independent firms send the
materials, then where is the statement that she made to me relavent?
That is, "...oh, but you understand Mr. Antol, we don't send out
proxy materials unless specifically requested by an individual"?
What individual(s) would "fit" that category? That statement she made
was what concerned me the most. Again, IF TRUE, that means some
(a lot?) of people will NOT get their proxy materials, and therefore
never have an opportunity to vote for/against the BOD proposal.
