BP / Paul - I sent the following E-mail to Mr. Ricart - Dear Mr. Ricart, There is much confusion concerning your published remarks that Novl will have 2 board seats and a 20% equity position in Novonyx. Key Novl employees believe this is an error but can/will not give correct details. Would you be so kind as to clear this matter up. What exactly is Novl's ownership and the extent of its participation in this deal and how will Novell common shareholders be rewarded. What do you believe will be Novl's portion of startup and overall costs. How soon do you think it take to generate revenue. What benefits do you see to Novl beyond money - marketshare, strategy, etc. I consider this information necessary due diligence and I appreciate your reply. Thank you in advance - Matthew Leo
