Let us examine the options available for SUF. 1.Negotiate a deal with De Beers re M1 and Klipspringer. 2.Negotiate a deal with De Beers and Heirs re M1 and Klipspringer. 3.Win court case re M1. 4.Lose court case re M1 and negotiate with De Beers. In any eventuality the shares IMHO are underpriced,I have gone on record as saying that they should be at least $11 even with all the uncertainty at present. So why are the shares so undervalued? I think that management are partially to blame as the market will always dictate the price. I am not on this thread to win any popularity competition but any views that I express, happen to be what I believe at a given time.
