Thanks Elmo for the response. Yes, the default vote SHOULD be that
way. But you and I and everyone else knows WHY it's set up the
"other" way <g>. I.E. Default = YES (Aprrove) if no fill in or throw
away the material versus Default = NO (Disapprove) and "force" the
individual shareholder to enter the vote to approve or disapprove.
Ahhh...yes. Just like Vegas. The deck is always stacked in the favor
of the house <g>.
