Intel said that either during the earning's CC or the analyst conference. They even hinted they may have so much capacity that there is a chance there will be too much capacity. Intel is clearly positioned for lots of produciton in the second half of the year; their second half just depends on whether they can free Willy fast enough and stay away from any flip chip/packaging problems.
