Paul -- I enjoyed your post so much on the AMD Mod thread I thought the INTC thread would like to see it too! 'Re: "Since you were interested in Fry's stock levels did you ask how many 1G INTCs were in stock? -- Why not? Are you more interested these days in how many MOBOS INTC sells than systems? Did you ask how many 1G Athlon systems Fry's had in stock? How about 12" beach balls in red, blue, and white stripes? Were there any CPUs in stock for the 500 i815EELs? It's good to hear that INTC has a MOBO that Fry can sell. There ought to be some place to put those 866MHz and slower chips that seem to work. The 820 & 840 MOBOS weren't doing so well the last time I looked. What was the last chipset introduced by INTC that wasn't recalled -- was it the BX -- or the HX -- or another X?
