Why limit perfume and deoderant? There are a lot of people who need to smell better.

1) because they don't serve that purpose. You can't get rid of noxious fumes by adding more noxious fumes.

2) because many perfumes are an assault on others. A libertarian crowd like this usually draws the line at infringing the rights of others. Perfumes infringe my right to breathe clean air. They cause me pain.

3) perfumes greatly degrade a person's wine tasting experience. They are generally banned at organized tastings because they interfere with the sense of taste for all who smell them.

As a libertarian, I'm all for your right to keep and bear perfumes. But when you release them into the air around me, you are committing assault.
