Why don't you explain it a little bit then so that we will all be freed of our ignorance and be richer thereby?
Personally, I would like to hear about why so many people who have repeatedly insulted myself and many others with flat out insults, sometimes of a sexually explicit nature, are still around.
I am also slightly confused about the norms and boundaries of "customer service" on this website. When I send a message to Amazon.Com for help or a complaint, the message is answered immediately by a polite and attentive support professional. Here, the complaints are not addressed, and we get called "clueless" (abbreviation of your statement to Michelino above), or better yet "revisionist absent fact" (???). If the messages are answered at all, they leave us wondering if we should now shut up because it looks like the Admin is getting mad at us and we might get the boot next.
It might help to remember here that we are, after all, paying customers.
Either this is a personal website where the owner reigns supreme and kicks out anyone he does not like and does not have to explain his actions to anyone, or it is a business that should properly address complaints from paying customers.
